Overview: SYNERGY Rewards is a service of Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes, LLC.. This program is provided for all current residents of Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes. All users of this web site agree that their access to and use of this web site are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws. Eligibility: Eligibility for the SYNERGY Rewards program is limited to current residents of Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes. Credits earned in the program must be redeemed within 30 days of move-out. No credit, carryover, transfer or redemption of reward credits is available after eligibility is severed.
Change: Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes, LLC. reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change the program at any time.

All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of rewards, the availability of rewards or credits, the terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes, LLC. at its sole discretion.
Participant Enrollment: Each eligible resident is automatically enrolled in the SYNERGY Rewards program but must activate their account to fully participate and redeem credits.
Earning Rewards: Residents begin earning Conservation Credits, based on their energy consumption, after they activate their account. Energy consumption is measured and Conservation Credits awarded on the 25th of each month. Residents are eligible to earn credits for the current month of energy usage when they activate their account, but forfeit any credits they may have earned in previous months. Credits are not assigned retroactively for previous energy consumption cycles. Eligible participants may also earn credits and Spin & Win tokens by completing activities identified in the program on the website - although credits are not guaranteed solely on the basis of participation. Credits are awarded in accordance with the rules governing the activity/event, as established by the Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes, LLC. SYNERGY Rewards Program Administrator. Residents with questions about the earning credits must contact Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes, LLC.
Redemption and Deduction of Credits:
- Any Reward Credits not redeemed 30 days after move-out expire.
- Reward credits may only be used to redeem merchandise from the On-Line Catalog. Credits are not redeemable for cash.
- The Reward credits you accrue do not constitute your property. You cannot transfer Reward credits to another participant. Reward credits have no monetary value except to the extent specifically provided for by a reward.
Claiming a Reward:
- Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes, LLC. reserves the right to modify the merchandise available in the Reward Credits On-Line Catalog at any time and without notice.
- When you have obtained sufficient credits, you may redeem an item(s) from those described in the On-Line Catalog.
- Specific merchandise is subject to availability and substitutions may be made based on availability or market conditions.
Statements of SYNERGY Rewards Credits Earned: This web site provides eligible participants with detail of transactions, as well as SYNERGY Rewards Conservation Credit balances. Resident will additionally receive a statement from a third party (HCE) outlining their energy consumption and credit balances.
Termination of Program: Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes, LLC. reserves the right to terminate the SYNERGY Rewards Program at any time without any prior notice to you. If the program is suspended or terminated, any unredeemed Conservation Credits must be redeemed within one month of the date of termination.
Participant Program Tracking: It is the responsibility of each eligible participant to use their awarded credits to redeem items from the SYNERGY Rewards On-Line Catalog. Awarded credits can only be redeemed for merchandise presented in the SYNERGY Rewards On-Line Catalog.
Activities & Promotional Events: From time to time, Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes, LLC., at its discretion, may offer activities and sponsor events intended to promote participation in the Rewards Program. These events may be terminated at any time, without cause or warning.
Taxes: Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to applicable federal, state and/or local taxes. Payment of taxes resulting from these awards is the sole responsibility of the participating employee and not Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes, LLC. or any of its affiliates or agents. Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes, LLC. will report earnings under this program in accordance with federal, state and local regulations.
Shipping and Handling: Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to shipping and handling charges. The shipping and handling charges are included in the point value associated with each item in the On-Line Catalog and are represented in the overall value of the item.
Privacy Notice: This web site is housed and operated by Online-Rewards on behalf of Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes, LLC. The information collected on this web site will be used by Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes, LLC. in connection with the SYNERGY Rewards program.
